I love to paint with watercolors and often combine them with digital painting. I also draw with charcoal, pencil, and create paper layering pieces. I am experimenting in watercolors with using only cyan, magenta, and yellow colors
to mix all my paints, frequently creating all other colors through glazes of these colors.
I use archival paper layering to create to-scale topographical maps of local towns. It provides a way of containing and learning about the world around us that is normally too large to be seen, and it brings out a beauty in nature that might otherwise not be noticed.
Creating meaningful gifts of art through handcrafted 3D interactive maps and watercolor paintings.
